Frequently asked questions

When will my order be shipped ?
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. If you place an order before 9:00 AM during these days, we will ship your order out the same day. If the order is placed later than 9 AM, we will ship it on the first upcoming dispatch day.
How do I track my order?
Go to ‘My Orders’ in your Mannheim Coffee account to track your order.
How long can I store the coffee?
Freshness is the key to our delicious coffee. Coffee beans and ground coffee should be stored in opaque airtight containers, as it absorbs the smells of its surroundings. It should not be stored in the refrigerator because the surface oils are removed due to condensation. Brewed coffee and cold brew can be stored for three to four days in the refrigerator. We recommend ordering your fresh coffee every 10 – 14 days.
How long will it take for the product to arrive once I order?
We use third party logistics partners for delivery pan India, most orders are delivered within 5 - 7 business days from date of dispatch. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days please contact us via email on info@mannheim.in for a full refund of your order or a replacement of your order.
What is speciality coffee and what makes it different from commercial coffee?
The word ‘’speciality” refers to something skilfully done by hand, the keyword here being “skilfully”. So speciality coffee, therefore, refers to the levels of innovation, creativity, and the culinary experiences that go into making that perfect cup of java you sip every morning. The production of high-quality specialty coffee requires a lot of effort and constant attention to detail. Starting at the harvest, the coffee picking is a purely manual process in which the ripe cherries are selected and picked one by one. This requires pickers to pass through the same crop several times yielding a more uniform, high-quality crop. From here we source the best quality beans for our coffee be it Arabica or Robusta. All our coffees are single estate and single origin, and they are freshly roasted to match the order requirements, which means you are assured of the best quality coffee in your cup every time. Commercial coffees on the other hand do not go through such intense screening from the origin of the coffee to the bean quality and finally to the roasting which is usually done months ago and hence the taste in your cup will not be fresh and will differ from cup to cup.
My bag of coffee beans is puffed up, is that normal?
All our beans are freshly roasted before packaging. In the roasting process certain gasses are produced, mainly CO2, which are trapped in the coffee beans. Over time these gasses are slowly released, puffing up the bag. This is not a flaw but a sign of freshness, so nothing to worry about.
