Today he plays a fundamental role in the Mannheim team, his true passion is using his coffee knowledge to find the right coffee for each customer’s tastes. This talent combined with his jaw dropping latte art makes every customer’s experience unique and memorable.

Arpith D’Souza

Arpith hopes to help Mannheim expand and be an integral part of the blossoming specialty coffee culture in Bangalore. He plans to accomplish this by constantly pursuing new and innovative techniques combined with his in-depth knowledge of the Bangalore coffee culture.

Raghavendra “Ragu” Shetty

Ragu’s passion for coffee was sparked from an early age, a native of Haasan, raised in Coorg. Ragu’s grandfather inspired and mentored him on his coffee journey. On his grandfather’s coffee estate Ragu was taught all the processes involved in running a plantation.
